  • Colum Anglin

    Colum has 20 years’ of experience in property management and operations, building design and development which he has coupled with his significant experience in operating platform design and implementation to create Pareto Living, an authentic, ESG-centric and vertically integrated BTR operating platform. Pareto Living is the third platform he has built in the last five years across PBSA and BTR and it’s the lessons that were learned during that time and the opportunities that have presented themselves today that made the creation of Pareto Living such an obvious and timely choice.

  • Dr Oliver Anglin

    Oliver has worked in the NHS for the last 20 years with a mix of frontline clinical practice as a GP and strategic roles at local, regional and national level. He has many years of experience of service development and development of complex, whole-system strategy to improve health and wellbeing outcomes at population level. Through leading change across health, mental health, local authority provision, public health, voluntary sector and other partners, he has developed expertise and interest in wider social impacts and their importance in wellbeing and community development as well as the key principle of social return on investment.

  • Stuart Cribb

    Stuart has held senior roles within PBSA and BTR spanning 15 years. Working for central functions in Unite Student, Stuart was central to the design and implementation of the company’s operational blueprint and bespoke systems. Trained in process engineering, Stuart has further experience successfully creating and implementing operational platforms for regional PBSA and BTR SME’s.

    Stuart subsequently had roles as Operational Director for Greystar, and Operations Performance Director for iQ Student where he led a team and had a £1m budget to create a yield and performance management software product, generating a 10% increase in revenues in its first year of execution. Stuart was also one the first senior leaders for Student Roost.

    Stuart has since worked as Commercial Director for Nido Student, working alongside Roundhill Capital and institutional JVs to deliver the best leasing performance in the company’s history, before aiding the successful sale of multiple JV assets with KKR & VGO. Stuart currently works as Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence for Valeo Europe.

  • Sanjoy Chattopadhyay

    Non Executive Director

    Sanjoy brings 25 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment banking and development to Pareto Living. Sanjoy was most recently Chief Investment Officer and Head of Strategy for FREO Group and prior to that a Founder Managing Director of H.I.G. Capital Europe. He has a track record across Europe in sourcing and executing lucrative transactions, institutional capital formation, and scaling management platforms. He is a graduate of Cambridge University’s Prince of Wales’ Business Sustainability Leadership Programme and, through Pareto Living, has chosen to channel his energy on projects with obvious and positive externalities, such as community impact, responsible consumption and sustainable value-chains.
